As the only American-based UCI ProTeam, we will focus on recruiting top American talent while selectively competing in key European and South American events. This phase involves developing talent, sharpening race strategy, and building the infrastructure for long-term success. We are not just creating a team—we are building a pipeline for American riders to the world stage.
